Hallmark Builders, a Birmingham general contractor, is nearing completion of the site work for a shopping center at 7559 Highway 72 West. Construction of the 20,000-square-foot Madison Shopping Center is expected to be complete in August. Retail tenants will be announced later. The developer of the center is Dr. Bruce Irwin of American Family Care.
